About the Minimum Wage

In 2019, the Colorado legislature passed HB19-1210, giving counties and municipalities the ability to establish a local minimum wage in excess of the statewide minimum wage of $13.65 per hour by 2023. In line with this, the Fort Collins City Council made raising the local minimum wage a priority in 2021.
