The NoCo HBA’s Workforce Development Committee (BUILT NoCO) is hosting a Youth Employment Town Hall on November 6, 2024, at 8:30 AM in Windsor, aimed at helping the construction industry tap into the next generation of skilled labor.

Attendees will learn how to overcome common misconceptions about hiring young workers, understand the legal requirements, and gain practical tips for integrating students into their workforce.
