Family Housing Network is a Fort Collins-based nonprofit that empowers families experiencing homelessness—particularly those with children—to move from crisis to stable, sustainable housing through a comprehensive range of programs including case management, day center support, overnight and bridge shelter, and rapid rehousing services. Their mission focuses on helping families attain long-term self-sufficiency with dignity and support, working closely with partner agencies, volunteers, and the local community to address both immediate needs and underlying barriers to stability.
