Pre-Stretch for Hikers

In celebration of our #wehiketoheal event, we’ll create mindfulness before we step onto the trail. Gently lengthen muscles and get them warmed up for a hike! Balance postures and core strengthening will be included for injury prevention. Investment is $5.
