The Marriott Fort Collins is hosting an EASTER BRUNCH BUFFET with a FANTASTIC Menu from 10:30am to 2:30pm, on Sunday, April 5th, 2026!
The menu consists of Cold Buffet with Shrimp, Poached Salmon, Salad Bar, Spring Pasta Sala, Fresh Fruit, and Breakfast Pastries. The Hot Buffet has an assortment of Chicken, Beef, Baked Mac n’ Cheese, Smoked Bacon and Sausage, and house Made Frittata.
A Full Carving Station will also be available with Prime Rib, along with a Waffle and Omelet Station along with a variety of Specialty Drinks.
A Full Dessert Station is also included with house made individual desserts, strawberry shortcake, mini cheesecake, and a variety of sweets.
Kids options will include a buffet of Chicken Tenders, French Fries and Mac n’Cheese
