The City of Fort Collins Comprehensive Land Use Code defines how residents and businesses use our physical landscape to create community.  Having a business voice included in Phase 2 of the Land Use Code Update is vital to creating economic opportunity and a future that we value.

You are invited to the Land Use Code Business Engagement Kick Off Event

When: Wednesday, October 23, 2024, from 4pm to 6pm

Where: Visit Fort Collins Welcome Center, #7 Old Town Square, Suite 100 (across from Coopersmith’s)

Phase 2 of the City of Fort Collins comprehensive Land Use Code update is now underway! This phase is focused on the City’s commercial and mixed-use areas, with goals of enabling more mixed-use development along commercial corridors and reducing barriers to success in the Development Review Process. The voice of the City’s business community is vital to the success of this code update. In partnership with the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce, the City is hosting this business engagement kickoff event to learn more about the Land Use Code and to better understand how you, and your business, can engage with the City to help guide these important policy decisions. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
