The Rotary District 5440 conference is a 3-day experience featuring keynote speakers, Club awards and Rotarian awards, educational and interactive breakout sessions, presentations and inspiration for clubs, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, free time and networking, coordinated events and cocktail hours, and more!
Conference Location:
The primary location for the conference will be at The Embassy Suites in Loveland:
4705 Clydesdale Pkwy, Loveland, CO 80538
The Embassy Suites is holding a block of rooms for the conference at a rate of $189 a night. Your hotel reservation is not part of the registration fees so you must book your hotel directly with the the Embassy Suites by clicking here.
Conference Registration:
Full conference registration includes Thursday social, all meals, breakout sessions and speakers for both Friday and Saturday as well as Friday dinner and Saturday dinner.

For Rotarians and Guests of Rotarians:
- March 15-31, 2025 – Pre-Sale offer at $275
- April 1-May 31, 2025 – Regular rate at $325
- June 1-12, 2025 – Late rate at $375
Rotaract members:

- April 1-May 31, 2025 – Regular rate at $250
- June 1-12, 2025 – Late rate at $275

If you can not make the entire conference or want to bring a guest to a specific portion of the conference, we are offering ala carte options that you can view on the registration page.
Registration will close June 1, 2025. If you want to register at the late fee please contact Kellie at [email protected]. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received no later May 31, 2025. After June 1, 2025 there will be no refunds.
