Does the changing landscape of today’s world leave you feeling uneasy or unsafe? Would you like to contribute to a stronger community of women? If so, then come celebrate International Women’s Day with us by signing up for our women-only “Defend and Detox” course.

This is a unique collaboration between ARX Security Consulting and Katelyn Opal Coaching that combines awareness/personal safety/self-defense tactics along with relaxation and coping techniques. No previous experience is necessary, please wear comfortable clothes.
