The idea of Sonny Lubick Steakhouse was to create a locally inspired, owned, and operated venue that would continue the tradition of other great restaurants in downtown Fort Collins. The uniqueness of Sonny Lubick Steakhouse came from years of watching Sonny inspire those around him, both on and off the field. It was decided that the restaurant that bears his name would have a “polished casual” atmosphere with a menu offering a new twist on conventional steakhouse fare. In addition to traditional cuts, the menu includes chef-inspired specialties and gluten-free options. The restaurant is also home to one of the most highly regarded wine cellars in Northern Colorado.

Sonny Lubick’s Legacy is known not only in the Fort Collins community, but throughout Colorado and the nation. Sonny Lubick Steakhouse hopes to become another legacy under the Lubick name, a casually elegant spot with a modest hometown attitude where friends and family can enjoy outstanding food, great drinks and good company, is located right in the heart of downtown Fort Collins.

Connect@Happy Hour is your opportunity for professional development in a low-key, social setting. Grab your favorite drink and appetizer at happy hour pricing and build your network with other local professionals. Attendees are responsible for their own tab. Not everyone can make a Chamber event during normal business hours, so this is a chance to meet a diverse group when you punch out and call it a day at the office/home. Don’t forget your business cards!

This is a Chamber member-only event. The cost to attend is $10 per person.  Walk-up registration is not allowed for this event.
