Election Information

The Chamber takes on the role of being the primary legislative advocate for businesses in Fort Collins. Their focus is on advancing a business-friendly atmosphere, with elections being a crucial aspect of their efforts in achieving this goal.

About Elections

As the lead “voice of business,” the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce prioritizes articulating the perspective of local businesses and fostering a strong understanding among public officials and residents of the vital role a thriving business community plays in enhancing the overall quality of life.

Recognizing the impact of the business environment on decisions regarding business location, the Chamber actively promotes the advancement of a business-friendly atmosphere, with a particular emphasis on local elections, such as city council, county commission, and school board races. To ensure a fair and thorough endorsement process, the Chamber’s board-appointed election committee manages this process, with final endorsements determined by the Chamber Board.
