This black-tie optional event is an important opportunity to celebrate Foothills Gateway’s success and help sustain services to over 2,500 individuals of all ages with cognitive disabilities in Larimer County through programs including:
• Families Support Services
• Early Childhood Intervention
• Support for Children with Autism
• Case Management for Children & Adults
• Respite Care for Adults
• Pre-vocational Skill Training
• Community Skills Development
• Supported Employment
• Residential and Transportation services.
