This is an experiential workshop with Clydesdale horses as your coaches! Horses have the unique ability to mirror and match both our conscious and unconscious feelings, which provides an environment to give you immediate feedback as you make real-time adjustments. No prior horse experience is necessary – all the horse work is on the ground.
