Town of Timnath Invites Community to Largest 4th of July Fireworks Display In Northern Colorado

TIMNATH, Colo. – (June 28, 2016) – The Town of Timnath invites the northern Colorado community to create a new family tradition this Independence Day. The town in hosting the largest fireworks display in all of northern Colorado, as well as a community festival at WildWing Park, located at Latham Parkway and County Road 1 in Timnath.

“The 4th of July is a day for celebrating our nation and coming together as a community,” said Mayor of Timnath, Jill Grossman-Belisle. “It is with great pleasure that I invite northern Colorado to join our town while we unite for this great holiday.”

Festivities will begin at 4 p.m. and feature live music by Bonnie & the Clydes, as well as Crystal Swing Band. Several local food trucks will be onsite, including Austin’s Tacos, Corn Doggies, Devine Ice Cream, Gunter’s Bavarian Grill, Maddie’s Kettle Korn, Mile High Lobster Shack and Revolution Artisan Pops. Beer and wine sales will be available and complimentary children’s activities will be running all day, including a bounce castle, quad bungees and inflatables.

The fireworks will be launched at approximately 9:30 p.m. over the Timnath Reservoir. The reservoir will be closed off to the public for the safety of all. Attendees are also kindly asked to not bring any dogs, glass or personal fireworks.
