Dear Chamber Members and Friends,

Small businesses are more than part of the Fort Collins economy. They’re our neighbors, employers, entrepreneurs and friends. They create opportunities, strengthen our local economy and give our community its unique character.

This November, the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with FNBO, is proud to celebrate the people and businesses behind that impact through Small Business November. And I’d like to personally invite you to join us.

Help Us Celebrate Small!

Throughout November, I’ll be using my personal social media channels to highlight a different small business in our community each day, and I’m inviting you to do the same!

Share a photo from your favorite local shop. Recognize a business owner or employee who makes a difference. Tell your friends about a small business they should discover. Tag the business and share what makes it special.

The Chamber will also be featuring member small businesses across our social media channels, and there’s still time to participate! Simply send your business logo, a few photos and a short blurb about what you do and what makes your business unique to [email protected]. We’ll take it from there!

And on Monday, November 9, from 4–6 p.m., we’ll join Visit Fort Collins and community partners for a kickoff celebration featuring live music, food and a spotlight on Shop Fort Collins, encouraging residents and visitors to discover and support local businesses throughout the holiday season. I hope to see you there!

Our Commitment Goes Beyond November

Small Business November is a celebration, but supporting local businesses is central to the Chamber’s work every day of the year.

We bring businesses, community leaders and partners together to strengthen our economy, advocate for a healthy business environment, develop our workforce and create opportunities for meaningful connection.

To our Chamber members: Thank you for being part of this work. I encourage you to become even more involved, build relationships, lend your voice and help shape the future of our community.

To those who aren’t yet members: I invite you to join us. The Chamber is more than a network of businesses. It’s a community of people working together to make Fort Collins a better place to live, work and do business.

There’s a place for you in that work.

This month, we’re celebrating small. And together, we’re building something bigger.

Warmly,
