CREW Northern Colorado Celebrates 20 Years of Leadership and Community at The Arabella
JOHNSTOWN, CO — July 31, 2026 — The Arabella, one of Northern Colorado’s newest wedding and event venues, was proud to host CREW Northern Colorado’s 20th Anniversary Celebration, welcoming nearly 60 commercial real estate professionals for an evening of recognition, networking, and celebration. The milestone event honored two decades of empowering women in commercial real estate while recognizing the leaders who have helped shape the organization’s lasting impact across Northern Colorado’s commercial real estate community.
Guests gathered at The Arabella to reflect on CREW Northern Colorado’s growth over the past 20 years, strengthen professional relationships, and celebrate the community the organization has built across the region. The evening featured networking, inspiring stories, and the presentation of two awards.
Celebrating Leadership
Jamie Globelnik was presented with the CREW Legacy Award, honoring her lasting contributions to CREW Northern Colorado and its mission. Cobey Wess received the CREW Industry Impact Award in recognition of her exceptional leadership and influence within the commercial real estate industry.

Following a toast to the organization’s past, present, and future, the evening concluded with a surprise as the CREW Northern Colorado Board of Directors encircled the room and simultaneously released confetti. The finale they created reflected the excitement and energy surrounding their next chapter.
