The SBAP provides free and confidential support, education, outreach, and advocacy to help small businesses comply with environmental regulations. SBAP can help your business navigate environmental regulations by performing site visits, identifying necessary permits, providing permit assistance, and explaining environmental regulations, among other services. To qualify for assistance from the SBAP, you must:

Have fewer than 100 employees.

Release less than 50 tons per year of any regulated pollutant

Release less than 75 tons per year of any combination of regulated pollutants
