FORT COLLINS, Colo. (July 12, 2016) – Pathways, a local nonprofit that provides compassionate hospice and palliative care, and grief and loss and serious illness counseling in Larimer and Weld Counties, is pleased to announce that it received outstanding marks on its FiSCL employee engagement survey conducted by jobZology™ in April 2016. The survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including employee satisfaction, commitment and job fit, among other things.

63 percent of 120 employees responded, significantly higher than the average response rate. Highlights of the survey results are as follows:

• 96 percent of Pathways employees are satisfied with their jobs
• 100 percent of employees feel that they are a good fit for their job
• 93 percent of employees feel that they are a good fit to the organization
• 95 percent of employees are committed to the organization

The survey further indicates that employees’ cultural values ranked similarly to that of the leadership team, which exemplifies strong alignment within the organization. All results are above average and also show an increase in Pathways’ already positive results from 2014 and 2015.
