FORT COLLINS, Colo. (March 16, 2017) – Pathways, a northern Colorado nonprofit providing expert hospice care, palliative care and grief and loss support, received a service grant in the amount of $3,500 from the Cancer League of Colorado. The funds will be used by Pathways to continue serving patients with terminal cancer diagnoses.
“Serving our community with exceptional medical care is always our top priority,” said Pathways Interim President, Angela Quinn. “We are incredibly grateful for the Cancer League of Colorado’s support and recognition of our extensive efforts to bring comprehensive care to terminally ill cancer patients.”

• Spiritual care through chaplains or personal spiritual leaders

• Bereavement counseling and support
