FORT COLLINS, Colo. (April 13, 2017) – As part of its mission to provide comfort and practical coping outlets for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one, Pathways for Grief and Loss – along with 3 Hopeful Hearts and Community Grief Center – invites the community to Gathering of Hope: Remembering Students. This special memorial event will take place Sunday, April 30, 6:30 p.m., at Colorado Youth Outdoors/Swift Ponds, 4927 E. County Road 36.
