WorkLife Partnership Releases 2018 Impact Report; Helps 1,000+ Hardworking Coloradans Achieve Greater Stability

With the cost of living on the rise, Colorado has become unaffordable for many frontline workers—creating more employee stress and workplace distractions. In trying to meet their basic needs, frontline workers are often left with more month than money. And, when they can’t afford every expense, they are forced to cut back on nutrition, live in overcrowded or substandard housing, leave bills unpaid and accumulate debt.

WorkLife Partnership is the only organization working directly with employers to empower their frontline employees so they can thrive at home and at work. Last year, across all WorkLife programs, we helped 1,031 hardworking Coloradans find greater stability.
