We R Foco Shares the Untold Community-Focused Stories of Kristi’s Wish, Dohn Construction, and Associates in Family Medicine

We R Foco is a new initiative launched in August 2018 made up of businesses and organizations across all industries with one common goal: To support a culture of local economic vitality and community involvement. Together, more than 60 community-minded businesses have united to advocate for local practices.

The We R Foco website functions as a one-stop-shop for anything local and includes a complete business directory of each company involved, a list of events that these companies are involved in, a local job board that highlights positions for people interested in working locally and details on the importance. In addition, the We R Foco website features stories of its members, highlighting the many unique contributions they have made to the Fort Collins community. 9th Annual Kristi’s Wish Brightens the Holiday Season for Local Children
Kristi’s Wish, an annual philanthropic initiative from the Kristi Visocky Memorial Foundation, invites the community to help brighten the holiday season for local children in need. From Nov. 3 through Dec. 16, all Schraders convenience stores in Larimer County will have Kristi’s Wish cards available for a minimum $1 donation each. The star-shaped cards will decorate the ceilings and walls at the stores, and all proceeds will benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County, Crossroads Safehouse, Larimer County Community Corrections for Women and S.A.V.A. Dohn Construction raises an incredible sum for local nonprofit
Dohn Construction hosted its 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on Friday, Sept. 28 at Southridge Golf Course. This year’s tournament raised funds for The Matthews House, a Fort Collins based nonprofit that empowers young adults and families in transition on the road to self-sufficiency. Read more>
