Vitality Medical Center, located in Fort Collins, is an approved COVID-19 testing site. In addition to offering curbside testing by appointment, the center is also offering onsite testing for businesses as a way to further support the community.
How it works:
Businesses give the center a call and staff sets up a date and time (same day is if needed) to come onsite. A Vitality provider and support staff is sent to the business location and are able to do as many tests as needed. If there are more than 10 people, the onsite fee is waived, which is normally $250. The COVID-19 test is a PCR test (nasal swab) and results typically come back within 24-48 hours. Vitality will notify the individuals by phone for both positive and negative results.
There is no cost to the individuals – it’s covered by insurance or the CARES Act in the case of Medicaid or no insurance.
