Prosci Relocates Headquarters to Harmony Technology Park
A 21-year-old, Loveland-based global business research and training company is moving their corporate headquarters to Harmony Technology Park in Fort Collins. The company is leasing 20,236 square feet within 5042 Technology Parkway. The building is also occupied by Numerica, who also relocated their headquarters to the business park in 2014.
Prosci, a world leader in the field of change management, will relocate to their new space by June. Through benchmarking research, process-based tools and experiential training, Prosci helps organizations world-wide manage the people side of change and achieve business results.
Since its founding in 1994, Prosci has grown from a sole proprietorship to 45 employees. Their new headquarters will support the growth they have experienced while strategically placing them along the prominent southeast Harmony corridor and within the innovative environment emphasized throughout the business park.
MAVDevelopment, the developer of Harmony Technology Park, has seen activity surge in the past year. In July, Rodelle (formerly Custom Blending), completed a 35,000 square foot expansion to their existing 32,717 square foot building. Just this past month, Brinkman Partners moved their headquarters into a recently completed a 30,600 square foot, Class A office building.
Future activity includes a planned 50,000 square foot sister building to the 5042 Technology Parkway home of Prosci and Numerica, as well as a 70,000 square foot skilled nursing/assisted living-facility, located on the east side of Ziegler Road near Harmony Road.
