Fort Collins-based private equity firm Poudre Valley Capital is relocating their office to the Harmony One building located at 3003 East Harmony Road.
They have leased approximately 6,000 SF on the third floor of the building. The long-term lease was executed in January with the firm planning to occupy the space in mid-February.
Poudre Valley Capital specializes in investment and consulting expertise in energy infrastructure and technology. They are specifically focused on infrastructure, natural resources, oilfield services and technology applications that meet the goals of investors and entrepreneurs.
Josh Guernsey, Greg Roeder and Jake Arnold of Brinkman Partners represented the Landlord and Bruce Campbell of Realtec Loveland represented the Tenant in the transaction.
