Pathways to Host Gathering of Hope to Remember Students Who Have Passed

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (April 13, 2017) – As part of its mission to provide comfort and practical coping outlets for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one, Pathways for Grief and Loss – along with 3 Hopeful Hearts and Community Grief Center – invites the community to Gathering of Hope: Remembering Students. This special memorial event will take place Sunday, April 30, 6:30 p.m., at Colorado Youth Outdoors/Swift Ponds, 4927 E. County Road 36.

The gathering will additionally include light refreshments and a live concert by The SEERS from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

“There are many paths to navigating the grieving process,” said Tammy Brannen-Smith, Director of Pathways for Grief and Loss. “Our goal is to provide hope, healing and compassion to all who have been affected by the tragedies and losses that have impacted our students over the past year.”
