Locally owned and community minded, Outpost Sunsport, is once again hosting their popular annual Ski and Snowboard Swap Sale. The sale not only helps outdoor enthusiasts get great deals on new and used equipment, but the sale is used to raise money for Respite Care, a nonprofit organization that provides short term care for children with developmental disabilities.
The Swap Sale happens over the course of four days. Participants can bring in their outgrown, seldom used or older ski/snowboard equipment and apparel, and price it accordingly. Shoppers can come to the store, located at 931 East Harmony in Fort Collins, to find super deals on both new and used equipment.
There is a $2.00 per item drop off fee. Items must be clean and in working order. All boots and bindings must meet DIN standards. If an items sells, 100% of the selling price in store credit or 50% of the selling price in payment is offered. No straight skis or rear entry boots. All unsold items must be picked up by October 2, 2015 or they will be donated.
