Lee Morehead’s legal practice focuses on litigation matters particularly probate, oil and gas, and employment matters. He represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, creditors, mineral owners, employers, and employees. Mr. Morehead leverages his experience to accomplish his client’s goals both inside and outside of the courtroom.
Mr. Morehead graduated with honors from Vermont Law School and is a board member of the Wel
d County Bar Association, as well as a member of the Larimer County Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association.
Stacey Shea’s legal practice focuses on real estate and business transactions, including title review, purchase and sale of real property, and business-entity formation and acquisition.
After serving two combat tours with the U.S. Army, Stacey graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder, receiving her law degree in 2011. Stacey also received her Master of Laws in Taxation degree from Villanova University in 2020. Stacey is a member of the Weld County, Larimer County, and Colorado Bar Associations, as well as CREW Northern Colorado.
