Northern Engineering Services (Northern Engineering), provider of civil engineering and land surveying services in Northern Colorado, has hired Jodee Hinton, P.E. as Director of Employee Engagement. Jodee holds a bachelor’s
degree in civil engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed engineer in the states of California and Colorado.
A Colorado native, Jodee brings a unique and diverse background to Northern. While living in Napa, California, she worked in both the public and private sector and ultimately was co-owner of a boutique civil engineering company. Since returning to Northern Colorado 14 years ago, Jodee has established meaningful relationships in the community through her passion for giving back, working for a local developer, and most recently in a business development role. Jodee served on the Event Committee for the Northern Colorado chapter of the Urban Land Institute and was also a member of the Northern Colorado Society of Marketing Professionals (SMPS) planning committee. Her new role with Northern is a culmination of her engineering experience and her genuine desire to help people achieve their highest potential. Jodee is a recent graduate of Leadership Northern Colorado and lives in Timnath with her husband, Mark and two children, Ilaria and Lorenzo. Jodee and her family love to travel and are active members of the community volunteering for the school district, youth sports organizations, and their church.
