The Larimer Home Improvement Program is administered by the Loveland Housing Authority and offers 0-2% interest rate loans to income qualified households looking to repair or improve their homes. LHIP is focused on helping with maintenance, health & safety, handicap accessibility and energy efficiency related issues (HousingQuality Standard (HQS) failures). Maximum loan amounts are $24,999 for single-family homes and $12,000 for mobile/manufactured homes.
