Fort Collins: Universal Lending Corporation is pleased to announce the newest member of their team. Stephanie Reicherts recently joined the Universal Lending leadership team as Vice President of their Northern Colorado region. She has been charged with growing the Universal Lending presence in Fort Collins and beyond. In this role, Ms. Reicherts will ensure that the company continues to grow and adapt to changing market trends, while maintaining its reputation for integrity within the industry and for building solid relationships.
Ms. Reicherts has a wide array of experience in the mortgage lending industry, beginning in 1998 as a processor. Within one year she became a mortgage loan originator where she spent many years helping families achieve their dreams of responsible home ownership. Later, Ms. Reicherts moved on to revamping an operations department, and then working in sales management where her love of recruiting, coaching and mentoring came into full bloom. She enjoys helping others reach their highest potential, and building long-lasting business relationships.
Ms. Reicherts is a motivational leader with a proven track record of winning and improving production processes at every level in the mortgage banking business. She looks forward to meeting members of the community through her involvement with the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, the Chamber of Commerce and the Fort Collins Builders Association and many other places where she is an active, participating member.
