The HUB International restaurant specialty practice group has spent the last several weeks discussing possible “best practices” for re-Opening restaurants and dinning rooms with our national client base (as well as groups who have already re-opened in Asia) and assembled all the great ideas in an E-book for all to access. This was co-developed with Results Thru Strategy who is a national restaurant consulting firm with significant operational experience. Included are checklists, communication templates, links to other resources, etc.
