The Group Inc. Real Estate has selected Pamela Cass to head its Loveland Centerra office as Managing Broker/Partner. She assumed her position late last month.
Cass, a Realtor since 2007 and a Group Broker/Partner since 2013, was previously based at The Group’s Harmony Road office in Fort Collins. At the Centerra office, Pam will lead a team of 42 brokers.
“From her years in the restaurant industry, Pam has an extensive management background,” said Susie Ewing, President of The Group Inc. “Add that to her experience in real estate, and she’s a great fit for what it takes to be a managing broker.”
Cass is currently a director for the Fort Collins Board of Realtors and will be the 2018 chair of the Fort Collins Board. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Colorado State University and a master’s in management from Regis University.

Among her duties as a managing broker, Pam is responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing staff and brokers at the Centerra location. “I am proud to be part of building a strong culture – one that’s focused on exceptional service at all levels,” she said. “My goal is to grow the Centerra office to be the epicenter of Northern Colorado, serving all surrounding communities.”
In addition to her management responsibilities, Pam will serve on the board for The Group Gives – The Group Inc.’s charitable arm – and serve as secretary for the Future of Housing Community Foundation.
