As Brinkman Construction continues its expansion as one of Colorado’s fastest-growing contractors, the company just unveiled its new brand.
After a record-breaking year of growth in 2017, and continued growth in 2018, Brinkman Construction – which has been building across the Front Range since 2005 – rebranded to better highlight its core mission and vision, reflected in a new logo, website, and collateral.
While many companies may grow, rebrand, and lose sight of who the company is throughout the process, Brinkman Construction is embracing the rebrand to celebrate the culture that already exists. The new brand includes an elk in the logo, representing strength, endurance, and patience, values the company says it embraces. For Brinkman Construction, the Elk encompasses what it sets out to do as a company for every client and every project that the company impacts.
Last Thursday evening, the new branding was revealed to employees for the first time and President & CEO Jim Ciesla explained how this new look will help better define the company in the market. “Our culture is evident in every interaction we have with clients, but it’s hard to articulate,” said Ciesla. “This process has helped us put into words what we already knew – that our people are what make us stand apart and that’s because every single person puts our clients first and gives them an exceptional experience.”
The process Ciesla is referring to included interviewing employees, clients, partners to discover a common theme around which the new brand was created. Ultimately, this 12-month-long process culminated with the creation of the logo and brand expression that communicates the grit their employees bring to providing an exceptional experience for clients.
