A freestanding retail building along the Mulberry corridor has just been leased to Carhop Auto Sales and Finance. The property is located at 1437 East Mulberry, just east of Lemay Avenue.
This one-story, 3,220 SF building is visibly positioned along Mulberry Avenue and provides building and monument signage for the new tenant. This will mark Carhop’s first Fort Collins location. The company currently has locations in 16 states and helps customers with less than perfect credit get approved for better vehicles and payment plans.
Trust Company of America FBO is the Landlord for the building.
