FORT COLLINS, Colo. (March 7, 2017) – Banner Health invites the community to attend its Coffee with the CEO on March 17 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at Banner Fort Collins Medical Center, 4700 Lady Moon Drive. The community event offers the chance to meet Margo Karsten, chief executive officer for Banner Health in Northern Colorado, and other senior leaders from Banner Fort Collins Medical Center for an informal roundtable.

Karsten joined Banner Health Northern Colorado September of last year after serving as CEO for Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for three years and working for the consulting firm Creative Health Care Management as its CEO. Karsten oversees all three Banner hospital campuses in Northern Colorado: North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, McKee Medical Center in Loveland and Banner Fort Collins Medical Center.
Banner Fort Collins Medical Center is a 22-bed, acute-care hospital that opened in April of 2015 along with its adjoining Banner Health Center. It was the first hospital in the region to offer TeleAcute Care, a remote monitoring technology which allows expert off-site nurses or physicians to observe real-time vital signs and test results for every patient admitted to the hospital, 24 hours a day, in addition to the care offered at the bedside.
