Fort Collins Country Club Hosts Free “Live Something More” Health Fair
On Sunday, February 8 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. the Fort Collins Country Club, located at 1920 Country Club Road, is opening its doors to the community for the “Live Something More” Health Fair. Presented in partnership with Banner Health, the fair is free to the public and will offer a full day of healthy activities and family fun.
The health fair will take place in the Fort Collins Country Club’s newly constructed fitness and indoor tennis facility. The new facility touts three new indoor courts, the largest spectator viewing area in the region and an expanded 2,150 square foot fitness and spa facility.
“We are so excited to be partnering with Banner Health for this first event in our new expanded facility,” said Director of Member Relations and Sales, Heidi Elser. “The event strongly aligns with our mission and philosophy at the Club–that is to encourage physical wellness through a healthy and active lifestyle.”

Throughout the course of the day, Banner Health will be providing blood pressure checks, BMI evaluations, a Wellness Specialist and representatives for Spirit of Women, a program that provides health information and events for women that enhance a healthy lifestyle.
Health fair attendees will also get to enjoy live music, free smoothies, healthy snacks for purchase, a bounce house for children and many activities scheduled throughout the day. The complete schedule is as follows:
11-noon: Fitness Assessments
Noon-1 p.m.: Strength Contests
11 a.m.: Kickboxing Class
11:30 a.m.: HITT Class
Noon: Pilates Class
12:30 p.m.: Barre Class
1 p.m.: Point Play
1:30 p.m.: Doubles Play
2 p.m.: Fast Serve Contest
2:30-4 p.m.: CSU Women’s Tennis Practice

Additionally, Dr. Jeremy Overholt of Inner Vitality Chiropractic will be offering free digital posture screening.
