FORT COLLINS, CO–(Wednesday, April 19, 2017)–For the fifth consecutive year, Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc. has been recognized as a Top Workplace in the midsize company category. The full list of 2017 Top Workplaces was announced in The Denver Post on April 7, 2017.

“Being consistently named a Top Workplace is a great honor because of our employees,” says Gene Humphries, Mountain West Region President of Cornerstone Home Lending. “While this recognition is a testament to our workplace culture and environment, it’s the result of our people who come every day to share our mission, pursue our vision, and embrace our core convictions. Our employees are our greatest asset, but more importantly, they are our family.”

The Denver Post Top Workplaces list recognizes Colorado’s leading employers, with rankings divided into three categories based on the number of local employees in the company: large (more than 500), midsize (150 to 499), and small (fewer than 150). Evaluations are based on survey responses from more than 48,000 area employees. WorkplaceDynamics, a research and consulting firm on organizational health and employee engagement, conducted the survey in partnership with The Denver Post.

This year, 125 employers ranked as Top Workplaces based on qualities such as alignment, effectiveness, connection, and management. The survey also asks respondents about other factors such as employee engagement, confidence in company leadership, and compensation and benefits.
