Elevate Chiropractic is celebrating our 4th Birthday with Block Party in our parking lot on June 22nd from 1-5 p.m. We are located at 901 East Harmony Road, Unit 130.
There will be activities for kids of all ages, including a jumpy castle and dunk tank.
1) We have a few vendor booths available for Chamber Members. Booth fee is only $50 for Chamber businesses. Vendor applications and payments must be received by June 13th to reserve a spot. Please contact us for an application.
2) We are also accepting raffle items. We will give an awesome shout out to each business as we announce their raffle prize.
