As part of their strategic growth plan, Brinkman has hired Ashley Davidson as Director of Real Estate Management. Davidson will provide strategic planning, direction and oversight of the commercial and residential property management teams.

A recent Colorado transplant, Davidson has spent over a decade working in the Austin, Texas, market. There, she spent time working at a development firm specializing in high-rise and value-add projects and working for a large commercial property management company overseeing retail power centers, including the largest commercial retail development in Texas.

Brinkman’s owned and managed portfolio includes over 400,000 SF and 400 units of residential and another 300,000 SF and 200 units of commercial space. With the additional projects in the planning and groundbreaking phases, such as The Foundry in downtown Loveland, the company estimates more than doubling their current portfolio in the next year.

Davidson’s expertise spans across multi-family, mixed use, office, retail, and garage operations. She brings extensive experience and success in leasing across multiple real estate sectors and providing direct support to tenants to ensure their success. Her portfolio includes 2.4M SF of retail/office managed over her career including several multi-family, commercial and value-add ground-up projects.

“Ashley has already made positive changes impacting our stabilized properties,” said Chief Operations Officer/Chief Financial Officer, Jane Everhart. “Her expertise and energy are integral to helping us manage our growth in this market.

“I sought out Brinkman because I knew they were special,” said Davidson. “They do business differently. I’m so proud to now be a part of making a positive impact on our community.”

Davidson holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from University of Texas at Austin.
