The Colorado Department of Local Affairs Division of Housing will host an in-person two-day workshop, Developer’s Toolkit Training, in Greeley on April 13th and 14th. The workshop is designed to increase participants’ understanding of the art and science of affordable housing development. The training benefits developers interested in creating affordable housing, municipal staff, and others interested in this topic. The topics covered in the training are:

Production of cost-effective, high-quality housing

Selection of contract service providers

Negotiating with the various players
The training format requires participants be able to attend both days of the training. All course materials will be online, so please bring your laptop computers or tablets with Excel installed. Registration is $80, closes April 10th and is capped at 36 people
