The Adolph Coors Foundation has gifted Pathways Hospice with a $15,000 grant. Pathways Hospice, a community nonprofit providing expert medical and comfort care for individuals navigating the last months of life, will use the funds toward grief counseling for all eligible individuals in Northern Colorado and the cost for providing those services and programs.
“Pathways is greatly appreciative of this generous support from the Adolph Coors Foundation,” said President of Pathways Hospice, Evan Hyatt. “The grant serves Pathways Hospice, but will ultimately help us serve the community.”
The majority of programs and services take place at Pathways for Grief & Loss center, located in southeast Fort Collins and is conveniently accessible to residents in Loveland, Windsor, Fort Collins, and surrounding smaller communities within their service area.
Founded in 1975, the Adolph Coors Foundation was established by Bill and Joe Coors from the estate of Adolph Coors, Jr. Adolph Coors, Jr. was the son of the founder of the Coors Brewing Company in Golden, Colorado. The Foundation supports organizations that promote the western values of self-reliance, personal responsibility and integrity.
