FORT COLLINS, Colo. (June 14, 2017) – Flutterby Ceramics, the newest addition to Fort Collins’ artistic scene, is excited to open its doors on Saturday, June 17. Located at 925 E. Harmony Rd., this fun and trendy business offers pottery painting of all shapes and sizes, as well as glass fusion, so that customers can explore their creative outlets in a comfortable environment.

“Our slogan is ‘we do art’ and that says it all,” said owner Amanda Edgington. “Flutterby Ceramics is a place where people of all different artistic skillsets can create something they are proud of. We genuinely care about our customers and walk them through their project, so no art experience is necessary to have a great time!”

Flutterby Ceramics carries a full range of pottery pieces to paint, including fun figurines, large platters and everything in between. The laidback, supportive atmosphere is appealing for several occasions, including birthday parties, bachelorette parties, holiday gift making, date nights and more.

Edgington and her husband originally opened the first Flutterby Ceramics location in Ohio. Having met in Estes Park, the couple always hoped to move back to the Front Range. They were drawn to the community-centered vibe and good-natured people of northern Colorado and ultimately made the move to Fort Collins in early 2017. Although new to the area, Edgington is already excited to host a future fundraiser to benefit local animal shelters in late summer.
