FORT COLLINS — The Museum of Art Fort Collins has four (4) varied and unique spaces to rent for large and small groups that can meet every need from meeting space to event and wedding reception space. All weekdays and weekends are available for rental subject to the museum’s exhibition, event and installation calendar. To rent a space, go here.

Main gallery- Approximately 1,770 square feet; maximum capacity is 166. $650 for up to four hours. $100/hour after four hours. Large north windows facing Oak Street Plaza. Wheelchair accessible. Non-profit discount is available.
David A. Tyrrell Conference Room- Maximum Capacity is 6 people. $50/hour. Suitable for private meetings. Wireless or Bluetooth-connected TV for presentations. Private bathroom. Can be combined with Jung-Springberg Gallery for a discounted price.
Lynnette C. Jung-Springberg Gallery- 380 square feet; maximum capacity is 40. $75hr/2 hr minimum. Wheelchair accessible. Can be combined with Tyrrell conference room for discounted price.
Art Engagement Center/Suite 215. 1500 square feet; Maximum Capacity is 75. $100/hr with 2 hour minimum. Small kitchen included. Wireless or Bluetooth connected TV for presentations. Wheelchair accessible from elevator. Bathrooms accessible by elevator. Room can be configured for different presentational formats.

The museum is open Wednesday/Thursday from 10 am to 5 pm; Friday from 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday from noon to 5 pm. Admission is $10.00 for adults; $8.00 for students with ID and seniors (over 65). Youth 17 and under and museum members are always free as are PSD, Front Range and CSU students.
