The countdown is officially on.
On Sept. 3, the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce will kick off its 2026 Moving Fort Collins Forward! Campaign, bringing together Chamber volunteers, members and staff for an ambitious 11-week effort to grow the network of businesses investing in our region and the work we do on their behalf.
And this year, we have some big goals.
By Nov. 18, we’re aiming to secure $535,000 in membership and sponsorship commitments and welcome 100 new members to the Chamber.
Moving Fort Collins Forward! is about much more than hitting a number, though. At its heart, the campaign is an invitation for businesses to become part of the work happening across Fort Collins and Northern Colorado.
The Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce serves as Northern Colorado’s trusted business champion, catalyst and convener, creating shared economic prosperity through Courage, Advocacy and Leadership.
That work centers on four initiatives: driving economic success; attracting, retaining and aligning talent; inspiring regional transportation solutions; and advancing a business-friendly environment.
Those priorities translate into work happening every day to strengthen our economy, connect businesses with talent, advance regional transportation solutions and make sure the voice of business is heard.
None of that happens in isolation.
Over the course of the campaign, a team of volunteers will be reaching out across the community, sharing the Chamber story, building new relationships and connecting businesses with opportunities to become members, sponsors and partners in the work ahead. It’s a campaign powered by people who believe a strong business community makes for a stronger community, period.
We’ll officially get underway Sept. 3. Then we’ll watch that progress climb toward $535,000 and 100 new members by Nov. 18.
There’s a lot of ground to cover between now and then.
Let’s move Fort Collins forward.
