WHAT – Sheila Lucero, Executive Chef of Jax Fish House and Oyster Bar, and her sustainable seafood recipe were featured in the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch blog network and e-newsletter that is distributed to 250,000+ ocean lovers nationwide. The recipe, Mornay Baked Oysters with Pernod, Bacon, Spinach and Pickled Mushrooms, was rated as a “Best Choice” recipe and features sustainable seafood.
