The recipe, Mornay Baked Oysters with Pernod, Bacon, Spinach and Pickled Mushrooms, was rated as a “Best Choice” recipe and features sustainable seafood.
ABOUT MONTEREY BAY AQUARIUM SEAFOOD WATCH – The Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program advocates using seafood that is fished or farmed in ways that protect sea life and environments, now and for future generations.
