The City of Fort Collins has launched the Multicultural Business and Entrepreneurship Center, known as the MBEC, staffed by bilingual business connectors at different locations better to serve all Fort Collins business owners and entrepreneurs.

These business connectors offer guidance, and mentorship and help to learn about critical resources and specialized training necessary for any business owner, such as:

    • Business planning
    • Licensing navigation
    • Digital marketing fundamentals
    • Business accounting and financing training sessions in partnership with the Larimer SBDC and the NoCo Latino Chamber of Commerce.

MBEC staff are available from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 to 5 p.m. Mondays through Wednesdays at the following locations:

Mondays: Old Town Library, 201 Peterson St, Fort Collins – Second Floor, Meeting Room B.

Tuesdays: Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce, 225 S Meldrum St, Fort Collins.

Wednesdays: Larimer Small Business Development Center Office at Front Range Community College, 4616 S Shields St, Fort Collins – White Peak 151
