Old Town Media (OTM), a full-service marketing agency recently purchased and moved into the top floor of Old Town building, 400 Remington St.

On June 7, Old Town Media (OTM) hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony at its new location, 400 Remington St., welcoming more than 60 of the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce Red Carpet Committee members in to tour and enjoy the space. The agency, which celebrated 10 years in business in 2017, purchased the top floor of the building in February of 2018 and moved into Suite A shortly thereafter.

“After spending over a year at Front Range Village, OTM’s new location not only brings the company back to its roots but also aligns with our everyday culture and not to mention our company’s name,” said Vallene Kailburn, Art Director and OTM Co-Founder. “We are excited to show everyone our new home and cannot thank the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce enough for organizing the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony as well as our long-time client, Daddy Cakes Bakery, for the food and refreshments.”

After 16 months of searching for the perfect building, OTM purchased the entire top floor of the Old Town Fort Collins building, 400 Remington St., with a total of 4,300-square-feet. During the ceremony, Kailburn announced OTM’s plan to expand into Suite B of the top floor in early 2019. The expansion plan comes after the recent addition of three staff members and a continued annual growth of  35% since 2015.

During the ribbon cutting ceremony, Kailburn announced OTM’s expansion into both suites due to company growth and space availability.

“The OTM team would like to thank the Red Carpet Committee for attending our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. The love and support from this community is a huge part of our success and we look forward to our future in Old Town Fort Collins,” said Kailburn.
