Wednesday, November 4th at 11:30am, at the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce.

About Our Presentation
We’re told to master five steps, move through milestones, and muscle through to the other side. What if we don’t have to arrive buttoned up and whole? In this workshop you’ll explore how self-compassion can help us live more fully after loss. Together, will identify new ways to honor our pain, our healing, and ourselves as we carry on.
