Fort Collins’ Kittle Real Estate has brought on board three new employees, according to Rob Kittle, the firm’s owner.

Cheryl Noble has joined the company as its Public Relations Director. Noble recently moved from Northern California where she was a public relations consultant for 10 years. She will oversee the company’s branding, communications, community relationship building, and new business development.

Kamara Shanks is the team’s new Buyer Specialist. Prior to getting her real estate license a year ago, Shanks had 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant for local corporations where she supported upper management. She facilitated company contracts and communication with customers and vendors. While at her last corporate position, she started her real estate career part time with Keller Williams. Her market niche is residential buyers of all price points.

Kittle’s new Listing Coordinator is Rose Lawrence. For 16 years, Lawrence was with Cottage Realty in Berthoud where she was responsible for the daily operations and overseeing the listings and transactions.
“These are all high-level professionals who bring a strong business acumen and standard of excellence to our team,” stated Kittle. “I’m happy to have them on board to fill the company’s growth and build on our status as the area’s top-performing real estate company.”

With the firm’s growth in online leads, Jeremy Mitchell has changed his position from Buyer Specialist to Inside Sales Agent, effective now.

With over 300 homes sold last year, Kittle Real Estate has been ranked the number one real estate team in Colorado for the past three years by the Wall Street Journal. In June, the newspaper along with REAL Trends, published 2016’s top ranked real estate professionals and teams in America. Kittle Real Estate was ranked 204 out of over one million agents. Kittle Real Estate was established in 2015, and has 23 team members.
